Here at mcgarrybowen, we're currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant.


  • Answer senior leaders' phones, take robust messages, direct calls as necessary
  • Maintain calendars and schedule meetings
  • Book conference rooms, order catering for meetings
  • Book travel and transportation reservations
  • Prepare monthly expense reports
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist in time-keeping, enforce timesheet management 
  • Fill-in for Receptionist as needed
  • Conduct research as requested
  • Aid in the processing of IT requests


  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with many different personalities
  • Positive attitude, motivated individual
