Here at mcgarrybowen, we are currently hiring for a Senior Experience Planner. As our new Senior Experience Planner, you will partner with brand planning leads to ensure the strategic vision for the brand is experientially brought to life.


  • Supports brand planning lead on brand-led efforts and functions as the lead connect of brand POV and experience.
  • Sets a holistic vision for the brand experience and carries the vision through to guide channel / content strategies, ultimately guiding all tactical briefs.
  • Creates thought pieces / POVs on emerging opportunities and how they are relevant for the brand.
  • Helps set the vision and process to guide clients on how to operate in a digital first world.
  • Works closely with content strategists and creative teams to guide creation of all creative work.


  • Is a creative problem solver.
  • Is a leader in how to translate a brand POV into a compelling brand experience for/with consumers.
  • Thinks holistically in vision, and can apply that vision to specific executions.
  • Has strong experience as a planner/strategist with a portion of that time in a digital, channel or connections planning role.
  • Has proven experience creating holistic content, experience or digital strategies that drive tactical planning and briefs.
  • Has the ability to think top down and bottom up - to find the best intersection for brand and consumer.
  • Is a leader in unification - combining traditional and digital media in new and unexpected ways.
  • Can go beyond understanding how someone feels and inform the creative or strategy with behavioral insights.
  • Currently holding a strategic planning role, ideally with a background split between digital and brand.
