    We are currently hiring an Account Director with excellent digital/ social skills to work for a top client! 






                DIGITAL AND SOCIAL 


    • Strong digital and social acumen – know latest updates, consumer usage and best practices
    • Understanding of the language and process nuances that surround digital and social workstreams
    • Understanding of the “red thread” of digital and social and helping to form POVs on how best to activate for specific marketing topics (brand, product, promotion)
    • Channel agnostic approach to ideas, and how the channels of digital and social can deliver 
    • Platform specific knowledge across all major consumer platforms, plus curiosity and seeking out understanding of emerging platforms



    • Thorough knowledge of client’s business so that marketing and advertising problems and opportunities can be anticipated and addressed

    • Passionate leader of brand, business and consumer insight

    • Viewed as leader in providing creative input that improves the creative product and effectively sells into client



    • Leads, manages and collaborates with, and inspires account and creative teams to consistently deliver work that is creative, on strategy, on time, on budget

    • Has thorough understanding of strategic development, creative development and production, and actively and creatively leads projects to successful completion

    • Effective in balancing client and agency demands to deliver high quality work



    • Works as a partner and advisor to day-to-day clients

    • Can frame the key issues facing the client and develop recommended approaches

    • Demonstrates effective selling skills to all client levels



    Job Qualifications:


    • 8+ years of experience in the Advertising industry
    • Teamwork and strategic focus

    • Account skills

    • Collaborative and positive spirit

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
