    We are currently hiring an Assistant Account Executive.

    Responsibilities

    Provides Client service support to ensure that all assignments are executed timely and accurately.  Assists in the daily operations of Client projects internally.  Duties may include budget control, schedule administration, report writing, and trafficking. Essentially, an account executive "in training."  Our advertising campaigns are very integrated and the Assistant Account Executive will be participating in development of creative in all mediums: TV, radio, print, outdoor, events, digital, and social.

     

    Client Management:

    • Anticipates and recognizes client needs and actively addresses them
    • Builds a rapport with client and is seen as a “go to” person for basic client requests
    • Maintains communication with appropriate client contacts to ensure that assigned work is handled as expected
    • Is knowledgeable and articulate about account management projects

     

    Communication Skills:

    • Verbally communicates in a clear and concise manner, both internally and externally
    • Writes clear, concise, timely and actionable professional correspondence (meeting and status reports) with minimal input from immediate supervisor
    • Able to write clear, insightful and actionable business analyses
    • Demonstrates the ability to identify and communicate key strategic insights and competitive analyses

     

    Project Management/Execution:

    • Creates and maintains accurate project timelines
    • Responsible for maintaining all budgets, including managing overages
    • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, revise plans when necessary and handle work responsibilities in a positive, timely and efficient manner
    • Anticipates needs of account team, client and projects, and proactively addresses them
    • Ability to solve problems creatively
    • Self Directed and motivated
    • Meticulous in all aspects of the job, with strong attention to detail and quality

     

     Advertising Skills:

     

    • Maintains working knowledge of client’s business. Keeps account team informed of key business and category news and draws relevant insights and implications
    • Provides helpful and insightful creative feedback
    • Ability to generate workable new ideas and concepts
    • Completes regular competitive and business tracking and analyses—spending, creative, media
    • Can accurately identify and understand key elements of a problem, understands the impact of action on work or project
    • Contributes to qualitative and quantitative research reports/analyses

     

    People/Teamwork/Corporate Citizenship:

    • Acts professionally in all internal and external situations, at all times
    • Accepts assignments readily and accepts responsibility for all areas of his/her job
    • Builds strong relationships across departments and disciplines, understands what others need to do their jobs successfully

    Qualifications

    Recent college graduate or 1+ years of industry, advertising, digital, social experience
